The self catering cottages are VisitScotland four star rated, have two bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double), bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen, open plan living and dining area, with all accommodation on the ground floor. The kitchens are fully equipped including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, etc. Colour television. Kings House Cottages are open all year and the local area is delightful in all seasons - just perfect for winter mini breaks, Easter or summer vacations, long weekends or midweek getaways. Enjoy walks on golden autumn days, and views of snowy moutain tops during a traditional Scottish Christmas holiday or Hogmanay in The Trossachs.
Pets are welcomed and excellent walking adjoins our property on forestry hill roads. Sustrans cycle route 7 passes our door and is probably the most spectacular section of their 15,000 miles. Golf, fishing, water sports, hillwalking and cycling are available nearby.
Although in a quiet location the properties are close to the main A84, allowing easy access to travel further afield. Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth, Fort William and Oban are within one and a half hours drive. The Kings House Hotel provides payphone, restaurant and bar facilities all day.
