Earnknowe self-catering Cottage and Lodge enjoy a stunning location overlooking Loch Earn to Edinample Castle and the mountains.  Set in an old farm location, it is a perfect place to relax, take in the view and plan that special day out.

 

Sightings of ospreys fishing, red squirrels and red deer are common and a short walk into the village of Lochearnhead enables you to find the shop, Post Office and two hotels with eating facilities.

  • Earnknowe self-catering cottage called KINTYRE and Lodge called MULL, are set in a breath taking position a hundred feet above Loch Earn, and look south over the water to Edinample Castle and the mountains beyond. New visitors are stunned on arrival by the wonderful view.

    Mull – A single storey timber clad cottage built in 2002 (disabled access) with two bedrooms (double and twin), large shower room and spacious living room with kitchen area.

     

    Kintyre – A single storey timber clad cottage, recently re-furbished, has a double bedroom, shower room and a living room with kitchen area.

     

    In the accommodation electricity is included for cooking, lighting and hot water is included and a £1.00 coin meter for electric heating. There is wood burner for use during winter months in KINTYRE. In MULL, storage heating is included in rental.

     The cottage and lodge are maintained to a very high standard, both having the same wonderful view and similar excellent facilities.Centrally placed in one of the most beautiful areas of Scotland , Earnknowe has unique local attractions to make for a memorable holiday. Activities include water sports on Loch Earn, nature walks, places to visit, stunning scenery, riding, fishin, golfing and cycling.
